11-Month / Builder’s Warranty

A 12-month period isn’t really that long, but that’s all you’ve got for your Builder’s Warranty. In this service, we’ll check every area that’s under warranty to make certain you claim everything. This could save you a lot of money in the long run.

Home Maintenance Inspection

Do you already own a home? Make sure it stays in great shape with our Home Maintenance Inspection! We’ll let you know whenever a system needs to be repaired. Getting information up-front allows you to save money.

4-Point Inspection

If you’re buying an older property, your insurance company may require a 4-Point Inspection. This doesn’t replace the Buyer’s Inspection, but it does provide your insurer with some peace of mind. Areas inspected include:

Re-Inspections

You’ve got one last chance to take a look at the property before you finalize everything. Get our inspector to join you for a Re-Inspection. We’ll make sure nothing has gone wrong since the last time we checked the property. Additionally, we’ll verify if your home repair addendum was handled correctly.

Infrared Testing Inspection

This add-on service gives you the opportunity to see what’s hiding inside your walls. You’ll also be able to detect hot spots, etc. This is a good value, especially if the home isn’t relatively new.

Irrigation Inspection

During this service, we check for any leaks or landscape damage that could increase your water bills. We also keep an eye out for any broken heads. We’ll verify that your irrigation system is ready to go!
