Cole’s Background

With 10+ years of experience in the benefits industry, Cole has managed and improved business performance, along with coordinating with executive management to identify areas of improvement for growth. Cole also communicated with partners to strengthen relations and generate leads. He had to swiftly answer all questions asked by the participants to make all matters clear.

Cole managed the website, reviewed Schedule A’s provided by brokers and clients, and submitted 5500 documentation to the DOL. He supervised a team of nine and ensured the attainment of set objectives. He managed and oversaw various functions such as service reporting and client communication. Additionally, Cole coordinated with senior management to recognize and capitalize upon new business opportunities for expansion.

Cole has great attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills. His wife got into real estate a couple of years ago, so it seemed like a natural progression to get into home inspections. He loves the homes and the science behind them.

Moisture Meter – Keeping moisture out of your home is a must! With our Moisture Meter, we’ll be able to find any existing moisture, along with any related mold.

Gas Leak Detector – Our Gas Leak Detector can determine if there are small amounts of gas leaking from your hot water heater.    

Cole’s Downtime

Cole and his wife enjoy being active with their two young children, especially outdoors. When time allows, Cole also likes to play a round of golf. Additionally, he loves watching NFL and College football.
